After opening, store at an air temperature from 0 C to +10 °C and a relative air humidity of no more than 85%.
Purpose: for sale, for industrial processing for food purposes. To prepare 1 liter of cream with a fat content of 34%, take 800 g of dry cream, and with a fat content of 8.0% – 190 g of dry cream and dissolve in water at a temperature of (40-50) °C, add volume to 1 liter, bring to a boil with continuous stirring.
